1. Divide the list up by even and odd. Which group of five would make a better Five Man Band (like a Power Rangers team)? Who would you slot in each position: Leader, Lancer (second-in-command), Big Guy, Smart Guy, The Chick? If you think the team would be improved by swapping one character between the even and odd groups, which ones would you switch?

I am inclined to go with Even. They've got, say, this Mr. Silent Assassin, Ms. Police Officer, Mr. Magic User, Mr. Boring -- oops, meant to say Mr. Dark-Knight-Wannabe, and Ms. Detective with Friends in High Places. They'll kick the butt of Odd Team, which is consisted of, what, one cat, fungus, gecko, loanshark and little girl?

I would like to switch Lily for Lucius Malfoy -- some more brain power would be great.



2. Gender-swap 2, 8 & 10. Which character would have the most change in their story arc? Which the least? Would any of these characters have to have a complete personality change to be believable as the opposite sex?

Jaffar: UMMMMMMMM maybe, JUST MAYBE, Matthew can fall in love with him/her or something! No more of this revenge shit, just happy lovemaking amongst assassins! XDD

Seriously though, I don't think much will change... Nino would have to be a boy and Erk has one less choice, but that's all -- she even has a boy's name to begin with!


Shirion: Ms. Boring! S/he would become a sister to -- wait, I better shut up now. A few pairings will have to change, Rhino will become female, maybe the plotline will self-destruct or maybe it won't.


Corrie: S/he would still be a punk with great problem solving skills and Friends in High Places, but I wouldn't like her as much...



3. Compare the matchups of 1 & 8 and 5 & 9. (Ignore canon sexual preferences for the moment.) Which couple would be more compatible? Which couple would be more plausible to people from either principal's home culture?

RIIIIIIGHT.

I... guess... 1 & 8? At least both are, uh, MAMMALIAN in nature... Whereas 5 & 9 takes place between a primate and a fungus. *Twitches*

Maybe, after the previous question, things will be better for 1 & 8. XD



4. Your team is 3, 4 & 9. The mission consists of a social challenge, a mental challenge and a physical challenge. Which team member do you assign to each challenge?

Social challenge would be Nick, I guess. He might be able to sweet-talk us out of a situation.

Lily for the mental one -- she IS clever.

Beka will have to end up with the physical one. She can fight, I know, so that might be okay.



5. 7 becomes 1's boss for a week in some plausible fashion. How's their working relationship?

Ohoho! Devilish plans unveil themselves as the Jewish moneylender and his feline associate wreak terror amongst Antonios and Firestars.

Seriously though, Shylock bossing Tigerstar around? Not going to work.



6. 2 finds him/her/itself inserted into 6's continuity. As far as anyone other than 2 or 6 is concerned, they've always been there. What role would 2 be presumed to have had in 6's story, and could they fit in without going wonky?

Jaffar joins The Dark Side (not for the cookies, mind you) as a Death Eater and proceeds to assassinate Harry Potter. The end. The world as we know it is gone.



7. 3 and 5 get three wishes. The catch is that they have to agree on all three wishes before they get the benefits of any of them. What three wishes would they make?

Nick manages to convince Orange Mushroom that she didn't really want the wishes after all. Then, he puts forth: A) No more BG and his allies. B) A lifetime's supply of chocolates. C) Mind control over everyone else who does this meme so that he can put himself in the same position as now.



8. 1 and 2 are brainwashed by a one-time artifact that works even on people immune to mind control to attack and kill 4. They keep their normal personality, skills and competence level, except any Code vs. Killing has been turned off. Can 4 survive? How?

Beka Cooper... Tough one. I think Pounce can sufficiently dispatch Tigerstar without being much worse for wear, though Jaffar? He has the skills, no doubt, but she's a Dog who can seriously fight. And she has friends...

Might work.



9. 6, 7, 9 & 10 must help an orphanage full of small and depressed children have a merry Christmas. Who does what, knowing that at the very least the kids will be expecting a visit from Santa?

Lucius Malfoy would not come in handy here, except maybe reminisce with Voldemort about orphanages when he goes back. He could act as an, uh, angel or something with that long blonde hair. Yeah, he could show off his hair.

Shylock may or may not help out. How about dressing up as Santa with that beard and writing one bond for each wish granted?

Lily will... read them stories in Thoth?

Corrie will show off her piercings collection and narrate her adventures in the Kaverns with Pendergast and etc.



10. 3 and 8 are challenged to circumnavigate the Earth in eighty days or less, using only forms of transportation invented before 1900. Can they do it, or will they be fatally distracted by sidequests or their own personality conflicts?

Hah! Shirion probably could do it -- the Earth, in his case, consists of Vic, Ossyria and a few other places. Easy to do, except there's a pesky King in the way...

Has Ash been invented before 1900? If affirmative, he would hitch a ride with them and make me watch all the episodes in 80 days or less. XD
